Each product is lovingly handcrafted in our private studio, a labor intensive process carried out by our small team of passionate skincare artisans. We value all the work we do to be able to offer you these unique skincare products.

We Take Responsibility For Our Impact On The Environment.

As an online skincare company, returns create a negative impact on the environment in the form of CO2 emissions (return mail) and waste. Because we cannot resell returned items, they must be discarded, which contributes to the planet’s ever-growing trash crisis. To be better stewards of this earth, we made the environmentally friendly decision to offer a sample program instead of the traditional retail return policy.

I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item. What do I do?

If you’ve received an order containing a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please our support team (info@soinskincare.com) as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue — we’ll make it right.
