PAYMENTS

When an order is placed on our website, we immediately begin processing it to ensure prompt delivery. We’re unable to change an order, including delivery address, once it’s submitted. However, the address can be changed by notifying the courier who will call you on the delivery date to coordinate the address and time of arrival.

We ship our products to US, UK, Europe and many international locations.

Shipping times are 2-10 days, these times are approximate. These times are calculated on business days - Monday through Friday - because SOIN does not ship on holidays, Saturdays or Sundays.

In periods of promotions, sales and sales peaks, the waiting time may be longer. But we will always try to speed up the process to ensure the shortest delivery time.

SOIN is not responsible for any delay caused by:

- Incorrect or incomplete address.

- Failure to provide a contact telephone number.

- Strikes by our logistics providers.

- Adverse weather conditions or circumstances of force majeure.

If the User does not notice any external breakage in the package when receiving it, but when opening it he/she notices any damage caused by the transport, it is advisable to notify the transport company within 24 hours in order to record it and contact SOIN. Otherwise, it will be understood that the Product has been accepted as conforming.

Once this period has elapsed, the transport company will consider that the material sent is in perfect condition and will not be responsible for any damage.

After a product is created, it is tested in a laboratory by measuring various physical and chemical properties, determining stability and the expiration date, as well as studying and defining standards for storage. In accordance with law, the product is tested by a qualified chemist to make certain that it complies with safety and consistency tests. Then the product is sent for the approval of a dermatologist. Individuals of various ages and skin types use the product under the surveillance of a certified dermatologist, and report their reactions. The product is tested to make certain that it does not cause allergic reactions or irritation. Dermatologist tests have shown SOIN products to be hypoallergenic and irritation-free.

The majority of SOIN formulations are vegan-friendly.

However, some of our sun protection, complexion, lip and hair products are formulated with ECOCERT/Cosmos certified beeswax or keratin, which aren’t vegan. This certification signifies the best sustainability and safety practices, as the way that the ingredients are sourced is strictly monitored to ensure that animals are not harmed in any way.

All of our products are made with 100% natural, clean and non-artificial plant ingredients without synthetic colourants, artificial fragrances, chemical UV filters and other questionable ingredients.
